Sales terms
Supra Center nv
Seller: Supra Center nv, Oostlaan 9, 8560 Wevelgem, Belgium, company or VAT number BE0414669456, reachable at supra@creativeservices.be and on +32 56 43 97 75 (hereafter "the Shop").
These terms apply to every purchase you make from the Shop through the STUTE platform (stute.app). STUTE is published by creativeservices.be BV, Bergstraat 27, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium, company number BE0843617314.
1. Who sells, and who does not
1.1 The contract of sale is between you and the Shop. STUTE is not a party to it: the platform records the order, handles the payment through the payment provider and passes the order on to the Shop.
1.2 If your order contains products from more than one shop, there are as many separate contracts of sale. Each shop has its own terms, which you can read at the time of ordering.
2. What you buy and who receives it
2.1 You buy a product from the wish list of a local cause. The product is delivered to that cause or to the address stated on that list — not to you. You receive no goods yourself and collect nothing yourself.
2.2 What the cause does with the product is beyond the responsibility of the Shop and of STUTE.
3. Prices and shipping costs
3.1 Prices are in euro and include applicable VAT.
3.2 Shipping costs are calculated per shop and appear in your basket before payment, separately from the price of the products. If the cause chooses to collect the goods from the Shop, no shipping is charged.
3.3 The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No costs are added afterwards.
4. Order and payment
4.1 Your order is concluded at the moment you confirm and pay for it. Until then it is without obligation.
4.2 Payment is handled by the platform's payment provider. If payment is not completed within sixty minutes of confirmation, the order lapses and the products become available to others again.
4.3 Products are only reserved at the moment you confirm. As long as something is merely in your basket, someone else can give it.
4.4 If you want an invoice, request it at checkout by filling in your details. Without that request no invoice is drawn up and your address is not asked for.
5. Delivery
5.1 The Shop delivers within a reasonable period after receiving the order, to the delivery address of the cause, or holds the goods ready for collection where the cause has chosen that.
5.2 Should an ordered product turn out to be unavailable after all, the Shop contacts the cause. There is no refund in money: the amount paid is spent, in consultation, on an equivalent product from the Shop's range, or the Shop provides it to the cause as a credit note, as in article 6.3.
6. Products given in parts
6.1 Some products can be paid for by several people together. You then pay a part of the price.
6.2 Such a product is only delivered once it has been paid for in full. Until then the Shop has no obligation to deliver.
6.3 If a product is not fully paid for within a reasonable period, the Shop converts the amount contributed into a credit for the cause, which it may spend on something else from the Shop's range. The amount is not paid out in money.
7. Withdrawal
7.1 You do not receive the goods yourself: they go straight to the cause, which has them at its disposal immediately. A return by you is therefore not possible, nor is a refund in money.
7.2 What is possible is set out in article 8: a defective product is replaced.
7.3 If you made a mistake before paying, simply remove the line from your basket. After payment, contact the Shop as soon as possible, at supra@creativeservices.be or on +32 56 43 97 75. If delivery has not yet taken place, the Shop looks for a solution together with the cause; there too under article 5.2, and not in money.
8. Defects and warranty
8.1 The statutory warranty against hidden defects and lack of conformity continues to apply.
8.2 A defective or damaged product is replaced, not refunded in money. Because the cause holds the product, the cause starts that request from its management screen on STUTE; the Shop handles it.
8.3 The Shop is responsible for the quality, safety and conformity of what it sells.
9. Complaints
9.1 Complaints about an order go directly to the Shop, at supra@creativeservices.be or on +32 56 43 97 75. The Shop handles them; STUTE is not a party to the sale and cannot decide on them.
9.2 If you and the Shop cannot reach agreement, you may as a consumer turn to the European online dispute resolution platform.
10. Applicable law
10.1 This contract is governed by the law of the country in which the Shop is established. The mandatory provisions of the consumer law of the country of your habitual residence continue to apply in full.
10.2 Disputes are submitted to the competent court of the Shop's place of establishment, unless mandatory law designates another court.
